As a longtime fan of the Solo Leveling online movie, I was thrilled to see it make it to the big screen
Narrative
More than a decade after the 'gate', the worlds that connect have emerged, awakening the 'hunters'. With superpowers, the weakest hunter Sung Jinwoo faces a double dungeon and accepts a mysterious quest to become the only one who can level up, changing his fate.
The highlight begins: the first two episodes of Season 2 (probably)
The movie begins with a one-hour recap of Season 1, which, while a little long for my taste, was a great introduction for newcomers. I brought a friend who hadn’t seen the first season, and to my surprise, he was able to follow the story without difficulty – although the transitions between scenes and episodes seemed a little abrupt, even for me.
It was breathtaking
The animation and design perfectly captured the essence of the webtoon and delivered the same thrilling, high-quality visuals that fans have come to love. Sony’s collaboration was evident in the production.
For fans and newcomers alike, it’s a great appetizer for the upcoming events
This theatrical event had me excited for the upcoming season and I eagerly awaited its release on Crunchyroll.
