The atmosphere of the show is perfect for the Halloween season
It’s not even the highlight of the show; it is only referenced. Anyway, judging by the premiere of the dueling episode, the show is tempting. It’s a little goofy with its humor, but what Marvel project hasn’t dabbled in that goofiness? I’m excited for the continued expansion of magical creatures in the MCU.
I’m feeling good so far
My only concern would be whether the expected surprises will actually be surprising, but that’s a general concern with past MCU Disney+ shows. They don’t seem to stick the landing, but… damn, this is off to a promising start. Looks like Hahn, Plaza, and LuPone are having a blast! While it may not be as serious and heavy as Falcon and Winter Solider, it’s certainly miles ahead of She-Hulk’s absurdity for absurdity’s sake.
